CAPREIT is seeking a Leasing Specialist to act as the frontline liaison, delivering excellent service and maintaining resident satisfaction across our rental communities.
You will own the leasing process from inquiry to onboarding, proactively monitor vacancies, collect payments, inspect properties, and coordinate moves and maintenance requests. A valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation are required for some locations.
