Key Responsibilities:
• Develop engaging videos, facilitator guides, and case studies
• Oversee assessments from design to troubleshooting
• Utilize course evaluations to improve course content
• Monitor trends in learning technology and accessibility
• Provide second-level LMS support for instructors and learners
Requirements:
• Educational background in Instructional Design or related field
• Strong experience with LMS, particularly D2L Brightspace
• Proven ability to design various educational programs
• Excellent organization and multitasking skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
