This full-time seasonal role requires at least 2 years of landscaping experience. You will support the Landscape Foreman while managing daily crew operations and maintaining schedules. Your responsibilities include installing various landscape elements and training new team members on installation and safety techniques. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in leading and supporting crew tasks
• Install patios, retaining walls, and sod efficiently
• Operate equipment and power tools safely
• Help maintain project timelines and quality standards
• Train crew members on safe work practices
Requirements:
• 2+ years of landscaping or construction experience
• Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence with a clean driving record
• Proficient with landscaping equipment and power tools
• Solid leadership and motivational skills
• Ability to lift heavy items and work in various weather conditions
