As a Group Fitness Instructor Trainee, you will learn essential skills in a supportive environment while preparing for certification. Responsibilities include completing training tasks, refining your teaching techniques, and collaborating with experienced instructors. You will also have opportunities to enhance your coaching capabilities and embrace continuous personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Complete pre-training tasks by specified deadlines
• Participate in trainer-led or self-directed learning sessions
• Practice essential skills around choreography and performance




• Submit assessment videos for readiness checks
• Coordinate team teaching with mentorship guidance

Requirements:
• Previous experience in teaching or coaching
• Current CPR-A and AED certification prior to teaching
• Commitment to personal improvement and energy in activities
• Ability to relate well with leaders and peers
• Open to ongoing education and skill development

Pursue certification as a Group Fitness Instructor while actively contributing to a fun and dynamic environment at GoodLife Fitness.
