Key Responsibilities:
• Bill Wedding and Group accounts timely and accurately • Ensure proper coding for general ledger postings • Address guest inquiries promptly in writing and verbally • Process group turnover and billing correspondence • Collaborate on accounting activities across departments
Requirements: • College degree in Business/Accounting or equivalent experience • Previous Accounts Receivable experience preferred • Familiarity with hotel operating systems an asset • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office • Flexible schedule to meet month-end deadlines
