This position requires a Concrete Finisher with 1-2 years of hands-on experience. Your daily tasks will include checking formwork, directing concrete placement, and ensuring the final surface finishes are of the highest quality. Being physically demanding, you should be prepared for heavy lifting and standing for extended periods.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct concrete placement ensuring proper grading
• Operate vibrators for concrete compaction
• Fill hollows and achieve desired finishes
• Instruct apprentices and oversee their work
• Repair and maintain concrete sections as necessary
Requirements:
• Secondary school graduation certificate
• Minimum of 1 year field experience
• Capacity to work physically demanding tasks
• Willing to relocate for job requirements
• Must understand blueprints and specifications
