Reporting to the golf management team, the teaching professional will be responsible for providing an exceptional teaching experience to our clients.

Key responsibilities include:

Primarily conducting private lessons, group lessons, and corporate clinics, and contributing to junior programs. Participating in other teaching activities throughout the season in close collaboration with the Academy Director and the Head Skilled.

Optimizing their schedule to ensure maximum coverage during peak demand periods.

Promoting our services to clients, such as club fitting.





Actively participate in promoting Golf La Tempête and contribute to the development of golf in the community.

Collaborate with the team of professionals to provide an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

Member in good standing of the PGA of Canada/PGA of Québec

Excellent teaching and communication skills.

Passion for helping golfers of all skill levels improve.

Professional attitude, independence, and team spirit .

Strong commitment to customer service .

Compensation

Full‑time, year‑round position (self‑employed).

Potential income from private lessons and additional teaching programs: $40,000 to $70,000, depending on commitment and involvement.
