Oldcastle Infrastructure in Candiac, QC, is seeking an entry-level Customer Service Associate. You will promptly address customer inquiries, manage quotes and orders, and follow Oldcastle SOPs to ensure accurate processing and timely responses.
This role is based in our facility and requires 1–2 years of experience in customer service. You will interact with transportation, planning, engineering, and sales teams, and use MS Office and NetSuite to support customers.
