Radius Community Health & Healing is seeking a Casual Licensed Practical Nurse to contribute to a multidisciplinary team providing comprehensive care. You'll lead in patient assessments, wound care, and health education while promoting a trauma-informed approach. This role allows you to work with a high degree of independence while ensuring all client needs are met effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform patient assessments and triage
• Deliver wound care and footcare services
• Administer medications, both oral and injectable




• Assist with medical procedures in a primary care setting
• Advocate and coordinate health services for clients

Requirements:
• Registration with CLPNA required
• CPR certification necessary
• Pass a vulnerable sector check and criminal record check
• Experience with marginalized populations preferred
• Understanding of crisis intervention techniques is beneficial
