Support the most vulnerable with your skills as a Mental Health Support Worker, focusing on effective crisis intervention and client-centric care. This full-time opportunity is at Rock Bay Landing.

Be part of an organization committed to addressing homelessness and improving lives in the community. This full time position involves providing comprehensive housing and shelter services, including case planning and assistance with emotional and physical support. You will play a vital role in responding to crises while working collaboratively with your team to advocate for clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in case planning and creating supportive programs
• Deliver daily physical and emotional support to clients




• Respond effectively to overdose situations
• Administer first aid and Naloxone as necessary
• Connect clients to external resources and support

Requirements:
• Diploma in a related Social or Human Services field
• At least two years of relevant experience
• Familiarity with community support agencies
• Emergency First Aid and CPR Level C certification
• Successful completion of criminal record check
