As a Retail Support Specialist, you’ll offer help with membership and retail services, ensuring a positive experience for each member. Ideal candidates will engage with members, leveraging their problem-solving skills to meet diverse needs and offer tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide customer support for memberships and retail transactions
• Promote and explain AMA products to members
• Assist members through various in-center services
• Support Member Services Coordinators as needed
• Manage administrative tasks and document processing

Requirements:
• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma
• 1-2 years of retail or administrative experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Enjoys helping effect change and problem resolution
• Eager to learn and grow with the organization
