Compensation & Rewards

$40.00 to $45.00 per hour for licensed technicians.

Signing Bonus up to $2500

Quarterly Profit-Sharing Bonuses – up to $1,500

Training Bonuses – up to $3,000 for Manufacturer & Technician Training

What You’ll Do

Perform safety inspections, diagnostics, and mechanical repairs on a wide range of heavy-duty and niche municipal equipment.

Work on vac trucks, hydro vacs, street sweepers, refuse/recycling trucks, and more.

Collaborate with the Service Writer and Parts team to ensure productive service.

Conduct preventative maintenance and maintain a clean, safe workspace.

What You Bring

Valid 310T Truck & Coach or 421A Heavy Equipment Technician

Previous experience preferred

Strong knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems

Valid Driver’s License with clean abstract

Positive attitude, safety-first mindset, and a team-oriented approach

Similar experience may include Heavy-Duty Mechanic,



Field Service Technician, Automotive Mechanic, Small Engine Technician, Diesel Mechanic, Truck & Coach Technician, Heavy Equipment Technician, Road Service Technician, Shop Mechanic, Lead Hand, Shop Foreman
