In this role, you’ll serve as the friendly face of Rhapsody. Your responsibilities will include managing inquiries, overseeing resident events, and ensuring security presence. Building rapport with the resident community and vendors alike is key to promoting a positive atmosphere and seamless living experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome residents and assist with inquiries
• Maintain communication logs for transparency
• Support resident events both on and off-site
• Provide marketing content through social media
• Ensure community amenities are well-managed

Requirements:
• High School diploma or GED necessary
• 2+ years in high-end customer service preferred
• Knowledge of local area is an asset
• Availability for rotating shift work required
• Solid interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
