The Christmas Kettle Coordinator role is a temporary position responsible for ensuring successful Kettle operations across various locations. This includes oversight of shopping malls and grocery stores, managing staffing, and securing Kettle donations. Your leadership will contribute to a longstanding tradition of community support during the festive season.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee multiple Kettle locations across assigned zones
• Coordinate staffing and scheduling of volunteers
• Ensure secure handling of donations and Kettle supplies
• Supervise staff and resolve operational issues
• Conduct recruitment and training for Kettle workers

Requirements:
• Minimum one year of customer service experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid Ontario Class “G” Driver’s License
• Ability to lift 9 to 12 kg (20 – 25 lbs.)
• Willingness to undergo background checks
