The role requires providing program support in the Inclusive Education Department for students in the Sunshine Coast Community Connections class. As an independent contractor, you'll collaborate with teaching staff and assist in implementing IEP goals. Key Responsibilities:
• Support social, spiritual, and academic learning of students
• Connect with students in small groups for mentorship
• Collaborate with teaching staff on personalized learning




• Build strong relationships with families and educational teams
• Assist in achieving IEP goals with the support team

Requirements:
• Background in Education or related fields
• Certification as an Educational Assistant is an asset
• Experience differentiating learning approaches
• Excellent organizational and critical thinking skills
• Commitment to the mission of HCOS and KCCS
