Challenger, a leading North American transportation provider, seeks a Licensed Truck Mechanic (310T) or experienced apprentice for its Maintenance Department. The role prioritizes safety and quality customer service while supporting both our drivers and fleet performance. You will engage in routine inspections and vehicle repairs, ensuring an efficient and safe operation across the company’s extensive fleet.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute preventative and scheduled truck repairs
• Inspect vehicles thoroughly and conduct road tests




• Test systems using diagnostic devices
• Perform Ministry of Transportation inspections
• Maintain shop cleanliness and attend required meetings

Requirements:
• Valid Ontario 310T Certification or equivalent
• 2-5 years experience preferred
• G-class driver’s license required
• Knowledge of air brakes and electrical diagnostics
• Must possess or acquire necessary tools
