As an experienced Estimator, you will oversee all estimating activities for commercial tenant improvement projects. Your role includes preparing and finalizing bids, assessing risk, and collaborating closely with the Business Development Manager and Project Management teams. You will identify recent project opportunities and develop preliminary project schedules and budget forecasts to support successful bids.
