You will work alongside a team of Brand Ambassadors that join us each summer to support our Retail Operations team. You will be partnered with a local Field Sales Representative to build brand awareness and interact with consumers.In this role, you will:Get hands-on experience in Sales & Shopper Marketing to understand retailer & consumer behaviourIncrease sales of our products through merchandising and couponing within your territory, stocking shelves, building displays, stock rotation, utilizing promotional material and toolsMaintain and grow our shelf distribution and ensure correct in-store pricingContinuously maximize our in-store displays and product visibilityEducate consumers and our retail customers about our brands and promotionsProvide insights on consumer and customer response to drive business performanceBuilding relationships at store level with both customers and consumers to capitalize on opportunitiesIf you're looking for a way to begin your career in business, sales, or marketing, expect to do something great as a Brand Ambassador.
