This role involves leading small, structured classes in our warm pools, where you will support children's learning while creating a fun atmosphere. You will communicate professionally with families and celebrate each swimmer's achievements. Flexibility in your schedule will enhance work-life balance, allowing you to fulfill at least two days of availability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support classes using the Small Steps approach
• Develop water confidence and real swimming skills
• Conduct lively, structured lessons for small groups
• Interact with families to foster a supportive community
• Collaborate with your team to ensure successful classes
Requirements:
• Current First Aid and CPR-C certification
• Bronze Cross certification required
• Completion of Making Waves Coach Course needed
• Confident and positive communicator
• Availability to work 1+ shifts per week
