Osler Health System is seeking a dedicated Personal Support Worker to support clinical teams in patient care. You will assist with activities of daily living, mobilization, and transport, while ensuring supplies are ordered, restocked, and equipment maintained across care areas.
This role requires current HSCPOA registration, a valid PSW certificate, CPR, aseptic knowledge, and experience in rehabilitation settings. Ability to travel between Osler sites and lift 25-30 pounds is expected.
