This temporary position directly supports the Family Support Team and Team Lead within the Community Services Department. Key responsibilities include managing communications, records, and various clerical tasks essential for daily operations. You'll engage with families, plan activities, and provide exceptional service as the first line of client contact.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to Family Support Team
• Prepare correspondence and documents from dictation
• Perform receptionist duties,



handling calls and visitors
• Maintain contacts with outside agencies and stakeholders
• Process financial tasks, including purchase orders

Requirements:
• Office Administration Diploma or equivalent experience
• 1 year clerical or administrative support experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel software
• 50 wpm keyboarding speed
• Valid class 5 Driver’s Licence
