As part of our culinary team, the Junior Sous Chef assists the Executive Chef and supervises staff to ensure food preparation and service meet high standards. Your role will include managing inventory and maintaining health regulations, while also being hands-on in food preparation. This role will require commitment, with shifts potentially during weekends and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare food to specifications for service
• Supervise and support kitchen staff
• Manage stock and ensure proper food storage
• Keep workstations clean and well-organized
• Follow health and safety standards in the kitchen

Requirements:
• Ability to perform comprehensive kitchen tasks
• Willingness to attain Protected food handling certification
• Proficient communication skills in English
• Ability to read and comprehend procedures
• Required to lift up to 50 lbs as necessary
