In this position, you will be responsible for responding to and managing incidents such as traffic accidents and spills. As a key player in incident management, you will liaise with various emergency responders and ensure protocols are followed to maintain highway safety. You will also facilitate communication and provide situational updates to relevant authorities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as primary liaison for incident management teams
• Provide real-time traffic updates and incident info via radio
• Document all incidents thoroughly in reports
• Coordinate detour routes for hazardous conditions
• Support claims administration with necessary paperwork
Requirements:
• High School Diploma is mandatory
• At least 2 years of experience in traffic operations management
• Must hold a valid Class DZ driver’s license
• OTM BOOK 7 certification required
• Solid computer skills for incident reporting
