As the Ethics Analyst, you will consolidate ethical issues arising in research, develop educational resources, and support compliance with regulations within the OPOR framework. Your contribution will help ensure researchers are informed about ethical guidelines and can navigate the complexities of data access and storage. Reporting to the Research Ethics Lead, you will engage with a wide range of stakeholders to promote understanding and adherence to ethical standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create guidance documents for ethical research procedures
• Oversee educational sessions targeting researchers and coordinators
• Provide expert advice on OPOR and PowerTrials
• Collaborate with Research Mentors to identify emerging challenges
• Facilitate a smooth path for researchers within OPOR
Requirements:
• Health-related degree with research ethics experience
• Familiarity with OPOR PowerTrials essential
• TCPS2 certification necessary
• Proven experience in a clinical research setting
• Excellent process management and organizational skills
