As a member of the RS team, you will report directly to the Manager of Facilities & Maintenance. Your role includes investigating equipment performance, generating work orders, and facilitating skilled trades activities to ensure effective maintenance solutions. Administrative tasks and safety compliance will also be key aspects of your responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Investigate and address equipment downtime issues
• Generate and communicate work orders to skilled trades staff
• Coordinate safety work orders and monitor completion
• Schedule building repairs and manage vendor relations
• Participate in weekly Production meetings for alignment
Requirements:
• Technical diploma or degree required
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing maintenance
• Solid organizational skills for multitasking
• Knowledge of CMMS usage
• Experience in industrial environments with safety protocols
