Join Revau as a Commercial Claims Adjuster in a hybrid model, focusing on skilled liability claims management. This role is key in supporting the growth of brokers and clients alike.
As part of the RPMX team, you’ll report to the President and play a vital role in analyzing and managing complex claims in accordance with policy terms. Your expertise will be utilized in collaborating with partners and maintaining high standards of communication throughout the claims process. Continued education and participation in industry seminars will enhance your skills and industry impact.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage complex commercial liability claims thoroughly
• Act as the primary liaison for brokers and clients
• Collaborate with team members to improve claims management
• Attend conferences relevant to business needs
• Complete necessary continuing education requirements
Requirements:
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in claims adjustment
• Commercial Claims Adjuster license required
• Experience with Lloyd's is essential
• Bilingual (English/French) preferred
• Systems knowledge in VCA, SIG XP, and Guidewire
