In this full-time role, you will manage child and family services, ensuring program delivery meets ethical standards. Responsibilities include supervising staff, monitoring compliance, and carrying a limited caseload requiring advanced interventions. You will pursue funding opportunities and maintain strong community partnerships to support program sustainability and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of Child & Family Resilience division
• Ensure compliance with ethical and professional standards
• Carry limited caseload of critical clients
• Supervise and mentor program staff effectively
• Conduct performance evaluations and foster professional development
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field
• 3-5 years in family support or child welfare
• Proven staff supervision experience
• Understanding of Indigenous cultural protocols
• First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain
