In this managerial role, you'll report directly to the Director of Pharmacy Division. You will oversee pharmacy operations that meet quality patient care standards while consistently managing inventory and fostering a safe work environment for staff and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide confidential pharmaceutical care and exceptional service
• Develop, coach, and direct pharmacy personnel for quality care
• Manage stock levels and execute efficient inventory transfers
• Promote a culture of safety in compliance with regulations




• Oversee merchandising, ordering, and storage processes

Requirements:
• Bachelor or Doctorate in Pharmacy with positive standing license
• At least 1 year of management experience in pharmacy
• Additional Prescribing Authority and teaching certificates are assets
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• 2+ years on Clinical Pharmacist Register preferred
