In this important role, you will report to the Lead, Recruitment, and play a vital part in supporting hiring initiatives. We're looking for candidates with strong interpersonal skills, exceptional attention to detail, and organizational abilities. The ideal professional can manage confidential material and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Adhere to health and safety programs and policies
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for quality candidate placements
• Build robust relationships with Hiring Managers and HR




• Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
• Participate in the Campus Recruitment Program at post-secondary institutions

Requirements:
• Degree in Human Resources or related field
• Minimum three years’ experience in industrial recruitment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite®
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License
