Key Responsibilities:
• Manage case files from initiation to resolution
• Work closely with clients during recovery
• Prepare coverage opinions and settlement materials
• Represent clients in mediations and disputes
• Collaborate with legal team while taking ownership of files
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years post-call experience required
• At least 2 years in insurance-related law preferred
• Must have JD and Law Society of Ontario membership
• Strong judgment and communication skills
• Experience with property insurance claims beneficial
