Aviso is on the lookout for a Leave of Absence and Accommodation Program Manager dedicated to enhancing our People & Culture initiatives. This role requires someone with significant experience in HR and a deep understanding of leave management processes. You will be instrumental in structuring programs that cater to employee needs while ensuring adherence to legislation and organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead evolution and modernization of leave programs
• Coordinate complex cases and develop return-to-work plans
• Provide guidance on compliance and entitlements




• Create and maintain program policies and procedures
• Track metrics and outcomes for program effectiveness

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Human Resources or related area
• 7+ years of HR experience, focusing on leave management
• Knowledge of human rights and privacy legislation
• Expertise in managing sensitive employee matters
• Fluent in English; French proficiency is advantageous
