Key Responsibilities:
• Lead monthly Fleet Performance & Dispatch meetings
• Analyze and report on delay/cancellation data




• Liaise with vendors and OEMs to resolve reliability issues
• Support new aircraft inductions and audits
• Contribute to Flair's Safety Management System

Requirements:
• Valid Transport Canada AME license
• Two years of Boeing aircraft experience preferred
• Proficiency with maintenance software and Microsoft Office
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Explicit criminal record and references required
