Key Responsibilities:
• Direct operational supervision of the radiology department
• Evaluate and monitor staff and workflow efficiency
• Develop and coordinate staff training and education




• Collaborate with department stakeholders for safety and quality
• Support recruitment and performance assessment processes

Requirements:
• Completion of an accredited MRT diploma
• Eligible for ACMDTT registration
• Basic Cardiac Life Support - Healthcare Provider certification
• Strong organizational and mentoring skills
• Willingness to work varying shifts and on-call
