Shape lives as an Occupational Therapist in the ACTT at Scarborough Health Network. Provide essential support and therapy to adults facing mental health challenges in this full-time role.

In this permanent position, you will report directly to the Manager of Adult Outpatient Mental Health Programs. Your focus will be on assessing and developing individual and group therapy plans for clients with severe mental health conditions. Collaborating with clients and their families, you’ll coordinate treatment while promoting their connection to education and employment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct intake assessments for adult clients
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions
• Coordinate client treatment and rehabilitation plans




• Collaborate with families and community resources
• Support psychosocial interventions and client roles

Requirements:
• Master's in Occupational Therapy or equivalent
• Registration with COTO in positive standing
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in mental health services
• Experience in community settings and group facilitation
• Valid G driver's license and vehicle access
