Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve meals according to dietary requirements
• Maintain a safe and sanitary kitchen environment
• Respond to resident and family concerns promptly
• Direct food service workers during meal preparation
• Assume responsibility for the Food Services Department as needed

Requirements:
• Prior cooking experience, preferably in a supervisory role
• Current Secure Food Handling Certificate
• Minimum public school education; high school preferred
• Diploma/certificate in quality food preparation
• Willingness to support residents’ diverse needs
