Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct age-appropriate activities that foster learning
• Consult with mothers on child engagement and development
• Adhere to behavior management policies
• Record client interactions in necessary documentation
• Ensure play areas and toys are safe for children

Requirements:
• Level 1 Early Childhood Educator Certificate required
• 2 years of experience working with at-risk youth
• Certifications in First Aid and ongoing training
• Solid organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and collaboration
