We’re seeking a candidate with at least five years of ServiceNow SPM experience to support the design and development of strategic solutions. Solid understanding of Project Management lifecycle and ServiceNow development best practices will be key. Work will involve creating user-friendly dashboards and reports while managing integration with various ServiceNow modules.
Key Responsibilities:
• Configure and develop ServiceNow SPM capabilities
• Gather requirements and develop proofs of concept
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports
• Collaborate with stakeholders for effective solutions
• Develop and enhance ServiceNow workflows
Requirements:
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• 5+ years of ServiceNow SPM experience
• Experience with Flow Designer for automation
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
