all four have expanded and extended their partnerships. Three more are onboarding. We’re

backed by Portage and Golden Ventures, and we expect the second half of this year to be our

steepest curve yet.

We are shaping a recent category: AI for product & offer education to 2x conversion. And it is

forming right now, and so is the team that will own it. This is a founding-team seat: the people

we hire this year are shaping the growth foundation of Evolo, the product, the culture, the

standards everything after gets built on.

Your seat: you’ll build the control plane for autonomous AI in a regulated industry.

About the Role
As a Senior AI Engineer at Evolo, you will spearhead the development and architecture of

advanced agentic systems. Your role is crucial in shaping intelligent agents that are capable of

self-improvement,



impacting both our products and the AI field at large.

With your experience, you will contribute significantly to innovative projects, collaborating

closely with cross-functional teams to drive Evolo’s AI strategies forward. Your expertise will

enhance our technology offerings, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in AI.

Skills & Qualification

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and TensorFlow to develop robust

AI solutions

Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms to design intelligent systems

Ability to build self-improving agents, enhancing system performance and adaptability

Experience in architecting agentic systems for scalability and efficiency

Expertise in AI model evaluation and optimization to ensure high-quality outcomes

Familiarity with data structures and algorithms to solve complex computational problems

Proven track record in AI research or applied AI projects, demonstrating innovative

thinking

Responsibilities

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and/or TypeScript to develop robust

AI solutions

Experience in using machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow or PyTorch to design

intelligent systems
