Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a team for credit execution and coaching
• Execute strategic plans to improve customer experience




• Conduct financial and commercial due diligence
• Manage and assess the credit portfolio
• Structure complex credit deals in the market

Requirements:
• 6+ years in asset based lending experience
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Degree in Business, Finance or related discipline
