In this impactful role, you will partner with Practice Group Leaders to enhance recruitment and career advancements for law associates and students. Candidates should possess a JD or Bachelor’s in Law and experience in law firms, as well as a commitment to diversity and inclusion. Your ability to manage projects and build robust stakeholder relationships will be vital.

Key Responsibilities:
• Spearhead recruitment and retention for law associates
• Work closely with leadership on strategic initiatives




• Foster strong relationships with various stakeholders
• Oversee multiple projects with excellent time management
• Promote DEI and well-being within the Firm

Requirements:
• JD or Bachelor’s degree in Law
• At least 5 years of law firm experience
• Interest or experience in legal talent management
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Bilingual is an asset
