Join Jardeg as a Carpenter Apprentice at the Key Lake Mine in Saskatchewan. This role provides hands-on construction experience within a fly-in, fly-out framework.
Set at Cameco’s uranium site, our schedule features 14 days on and 7 days off, with accommodations available. As an apprentice, you’ll assist skilled tradespeople in building, forming, and pouring concrete, helping your team develop critical carpentry techniques and practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in creating concrete forms for various structures
• Support collegial efforts in pouring concrete slabs
• Construct scaffolding and decks safely
• Analyze blueprints to assist in effective planning
• Ensure all work areas are clean and protected
Requirements:
• Must be a Registered Carpenter Apprentice
• Valid Driver's License needed
• Successful completion of Pre-Access Drug and Alcohol Test
• Certification in CSTS-2020 and WHMIS 2015
• Legally allowed to work in Canada
