In this pivotal role, you'll report to the Plant Manager and coordinate maintenance activities for the FORGE Sombra facility. Your technical expertise will be essential in developing an effective maintenance program, including corrective, preventative, and predictive maintenance. Collaborate with vendors and contractors to establish best practices that enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct daily maintenance activities efficiently while on-call
• Develop and maintain a fully integrated maintenance program
• Plan and execute maintenance shutdown activities effectively




• Assist in annual budget planning and monitor expenditures
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards

Requirements:
• Technical degree in engineering or related discipline
• 10-15 years of maintenance management experience
• Robust analytical and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks under pressure
• Experience in developing operational training programs
