Homewood Ravensview seeks a dedicated Support Worker to join its interdisciplinary team within Homewood Health. The role focuses on patient-centered treatment, rehabilitation and support for individuals with mental health and/or addiction needs, promoting dignity and safety on a 28-acre North Saanich campus.
You will assist with care plans, escort clients to programs, document progress, and support daily living activities while upholding clinical policies and a respectful setting.
