The Program

Manager, Products & Services plays a critical cross-functional role within the Products and Services organization, reporting directly to the Director, Business Transformation. Solid understanding of program and project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid). Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent programs in a complex, matrixed organization.

Working knowledge of the Canadian telecommunications industry, including Fixed Wireless, Fibre, and Satellite technologies. Proficiency in program management tools and platforms (e.g., com, MS Project). Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and communicate commercial drivers and trade-offs.

Excellent executive communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.



7+ years of progressive experience in program or project management, ideally within telecommunications or technology sectors. ~ Experience driving business transformation and organizational change initiatives. ~ Demonstrated success managing executive-level stakeholders and facilitating senior decision-making forums. ~ Experience in product or services organizations within a regulated or infrastructure-intensive industry is a strong asset. ~ As a condition of employment and in order to comply with industry related data security standards, this position is subject to the successful completion of a Criminal Background Check.
