In this Full-Time position, you will support organizational goals by applying your underwriting knowledge to manage risks and foster client relationships. The role requires a focus on coaching team members and assisting in their professional development while engaging with internal and external clients

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide underwriting expertise in a client-centric setting
• Evaluate and negotiate terms for new and existing policies
• Confirm and analyze claims and loss ratios
• Adjust policies according to underwriting guidelines
• Coach and mentor internal and external business partners

Requirements:
• Two years of relevant insurance experience required
• A university degree is mandatory
• Actively pursuing or completed CIP designation
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Focused on supporting team members and clients alike
