In this role, reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you'll contribute significantly to maintaining hotel facilities. Responsibilities include tackling painting, tile repairs, and minor plumbing, and ensuring guest requests are addressed quickly. Your role also involves maintaining clean and organized workspaces to support safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform repairs and maintenance tasks efficiently
• Process work orders in response to guest requests
• Contribute to crisis management as a team member
• Manage maintenance inventory and shop upkeep
• Promote a safe setting through hazard reporting

Requirements:
• At least 2 years of maintenance experience
• Skills in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC preferred
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs
• Familiarity with hotel maintenance operations is a plus
• Must be available for various shifts, including holidays
