We are searching for a Licensed Esthetician for our Bayers Lake, HalifaxRetail Salon!
What You’ll Do Deliver professional esthetic services that leave clients feeling confident, relaxed, and cared for
Create personalized experiences by understanding each client’s needs and beauty goals
Build strong relationships with clients and encourage repeat visits through exceptional service
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment space that meets Chatters’ standards
Recommend products and services that support guest results and self-care routines
Collaborate with the salon team to create a positive, high-energy environment
Lead with professionalism while ensuring each client experience feels warm and engaging

What You Bring Creativity, confidence, flexibility, and a client-focused mindset
A genuine passion for delivering exceptional service experiences
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Licensed Esthetician
Valid esthetics license (provincial requirements apply)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced salon environment
Versatile availability to support operational needs
