As Counsel, you will focus on equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) within licensing practices, serving particularly those from Indigenous and other underrepresented groups. Your expertise will guide the development of equitable policies and support candidates through navigating the complexities of their journey towards licensing. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist candidates in navigating licensing complexities

Requirements:
• LLB or JD required
• Current Class L1 licence with the Law Society of Ontario
• At least 5 years in legal practice or related field
• Experience working with EDI and Indigenous issues
• Solid organizational and communication abilities
