Key Responsibilities:
• Screen and assess potential clients' financial situations
• Recommend services and book appointments with advisors




• Document interactions in information systems
• Respond to client inquiries regarding file status
• Conduct administration tasks like rescheduling appointments

Requirements:
• College diploma or relevant equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience
