Egis is looking for a Senior OCS Design Manager with over 10 years in railway OCS design. The successful candidate will have expertise in design analysis and consultancy throughout various project phases. Your focus will be on ensuring compliance and quality while managing project schedules and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and sign off on OCS design documents and reports
• Allocate tasks and manage resources for OCS work
• Conduct design reviews and implementation audits
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies
• Resolve on-site issues during OCS installation
Requirements:
• Engineering degree with OCS design qualifications
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams
• Familiarity with high-speed rail projects is a plus
• Strong documentation and reporting capabilities
• PMP certification considered an asset
